- This season featured the least number of participations in The
Amazing Race Teen Edition (TARTE) history with 3 teams consisting of
two and a solo team participated in the race.
- TARTE season 3 started the tradition whereby a complete race consists of 5 legs.
- This season also featured the most number of non-elimination legs matched only by season 4.
-
Apart from that, this season has the most yield in a race and most
yield used in any seasons of TARTE. (All teams except Annie had
exercised their yield.)
- TARTE season 3 is the first season
where there were two organizers organizing the race. (Matthew and Alan
were the organizers of this season of TARTE)
- In Leg 1, teams were only required to head to 3 locations only rendering it to hold as the shortest leg ever in TARTE history.
- Leg 1 also became the first leg in any seasons of TARTE to have
the yield accessed at the pit stop. (Wan Jun & Eng Khim yielded
team Pei Lyn & Jia Sheen.)
-
Pei Lyn [15 years old] and Jia Sheen [16 years old] are the oldest team
ever to participate and won The Amazing Race Teen Edition.
- Annie is the first and only person to participate in TARTE solo without a partner.
-
Pei Lyn & Jia Sheen has set the record as the only team to win
three consecutive legs. (Pei Lyn & Jia Sheen were first in the 3rd
and 4th leg as well as the finale.)
- Wan Jun & Eng Khim are
the first team in TARTE who had fallen in last place for the most
number times without being eliminated. (Aziemah & Annie of season 4 would later accomplish this feat as well.)
